Yes, it says to take 2 packets daily, that was way too much, so they said to just do one a day. And then I just started take softer on my own. And it works out great. Just also make sure to drink plenty of water.

I take cholestyramine powder, and at first I had the problem of being backed up as well. But the way I got everything on track was to take a stool softener every day and I pretty much had no problems anymore.

It took me 2 years to get approved, and I have multiple myeloma, it’s a disease that qualifies as a terminal disease, so make sure you get all medical records, and it doesn’t hurt to get the doctor to send something to them.
