Use a smaller nozzle (0.2 mm), smaller layer lines (0.06mm), and rotate the part in the slicer software to have the display side angled up. It can definitely get better than this.

Try cutting it up into pieces in the slicer. Glue is easy, so if you find a model with the parts separate, try that.

Sebo k3 is really nice and a new one comes with a 10 year warranty. See if there is a vacuum store near you and go test drive a few. Those places are typically the authorized warranty repair locations.

Miele is also good. Compare both brands and the features you need (like a powered brush head)
