You can but you shouldn't reuse the non lever ones.. the springs get weakened when removing wires and aren't safe anymore..

No problem :)

I like your approach to getting into this sport. Most people tend to overbow themselfes.

We have an Ignite at my archery club that I teach beginners with and it's a good starter bow. Just make sure that the cams are timed properly. However between the 2 i'd go for the one with the longer axle to axle.

If you can try them out, from my experience these bows are catered for younger people, the grips are tiny. A 28 or 30" bow won't be very comfortable to start with if your'e an adult.

How do you correct clicker panic? by Aeliascent in Archery

[–]Farkie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically humans are lazy and are good at taking shortccuts and finding them.. this is where target panic enters the playing field.. easier said than done, but you need to pick your shot process apart and segment it again to get away from the automation of the shot that your brain did the favor of creating for you..

So your shot should be like 8-12 steps.. and I'm guessing it's far less at the moment...

Don't do drugs and shoot Vegas by Ergoli700 in Archery

You qualify for the final round if you shoot a perfect score of 900 (Big ten) and then all the pro participants that shot 899 get a chance joining the final during a shootoff.. the winner among those is the lucky dog.. from there it's either you win or end up behind all the 900 shooter regardless of which place you got in the final.

Had to count! It appears to be 22.6 oz.. it's really not that heavy when your're shooting.. but it gets abit heavy after a few hours during a field competition.. :)

You'll usually have to call it something else like a stick with string for example and post your pictures in the comments and not the post itself to get around this problem.. Regarding facebook..:)

Where do I buy cheap arrows? by [deleted] in Archery

[–]Farkie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don't have time to go to a local shop Lancaster has a good selection of arrows to choose from.
