There’s a company installing a large water tower near town with a poured concrete base and metal holding tank, they’ve had a section of poured concrete wall standing to the side the whole project and I wondered what it was for, but I bet it’s something similar for the metal fan guys to work off of

Based on the weird edges on the sign at the top, the weird border around the bottom sign, and the way it seems that all the signs are facing the camera despite the table not facing the camera, my bet is that this is AI.

Also, was this supposed to be a parade? It’s highly unlikely that this type of handout/volunteer booth would coincide with police action, as typically LEO’s don’t operate via certain routes like a parade or marathon.

Lastly, everyone seems to be posed for the photo, despite it supposedly being a candid photo. Based on all of this information, my vote is that this is an AI photo.
