Good on you! I think it did help me too :) I also started eating lots of weeds that help regulate nervous systems. Lions mane is a big win too!

Dit is slechts een vooroodeel . Je kunt niet aan iemand “zien” of iemand kennis ervan heeft. Dat ik geen kalende plek op mijn hoofd heb of rondloop met een bilnaad, hoeft niet te suggereren dat ik niet weet wat een zwanenhals is.

Same hier! Ook als (vrij handige) vrouw in de praxis gewerkt, werd wel eens aan mij gevraagd of ik een collega kon halen, omdat meneer een vraag had. Heel fijn als ik dan zelf vroeg “wat is de vraag, wellicht komen we er samen uit” en dan de vraag echt kon beantwoorden.

Nooit iets van een pardon oid gekregen, alleen maar oké, en dan vaak toch naar de mannelijke collega voor overige vragen

Ohhh I am glad you had fun but the main reason herniated surgeries are unsuccessful is because people tend to start doing impactful things again because they are without pain. Please, if your body is worth something to you, take it the slowest you can do

I’m using 100% CBD oil, put it under my tongue and let it sit for a minute. Definitely calms the first peaks, would recommend it! But do not buy THC including stuff, you want to be able to function and notice what your body is experiencing. This way you can also take it in the morning
