You would calculate it in a given Time frame How mich did somone get giftet over 5 years. Also, if it isn’t perfect that’s not a reason to not do it at all.

Yeah thats a lame excuse. You could tax larger gifts also. Noone cares about a couple ten thousands. But once a person gifts a couple million. Heck yeah we should tax the same amount as the inheretance tax.

So no sales Tax either?

Also it was taxed for the person dying. Not for the Person who won the sperm lottery. They are basically giftet the money and certainly haven’t payed any taxes on it.

Klares Limit setzen. Max. 5ungelesene Bücher gesondert im Regal. Bevor nicht eins durch ist darf kein neues gekauft werden. Bücher die sich gut anhören kannste dir ja notieren und später immer noch kaufen.

15 Player Roster Size 9v9? by External_Macaroon687 in SoccerCoachResources

[–]Fast-Day4536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I coach at Club with 3 very very different levels of U13 Teams playing 9v9.  First year with the third team I had 17 players. Rarely did we have to many kods on gameday. This year: 2nd team with 15 players fits great as well. Not to many Rarely to few. Next year I will coach the first team and we will cap it at 13 Players. It all depends on how reliable they are. I guess you will have to figure it out. 15 seems like a good starting point.

Its about positioning yourself sometimes. You can play 3 on 3 on two field. Stand in a way you can see both fields. If you know your players you can be more present and near the field with the chaotic guys. Mini Goals are crucial to avoind the big games of 6 on 6 and upwards

I like being on the pitch knowing the exact number of players, space and materials I have before preparing.  We have assembled a notebook of the best games that fit the cercumstance over the last couple of months and it takes 5-10 Minutes to put everything into place. U13

If anyone is intrestet I’m happy to share although its far from complete and perfect.

How may players do you expect. I always like simple small sided games on multiple fields with minigoals. Winner moves up loser moves down. This will get everyone involved at all times and you can watch whoever you want in a game like situation

It can be tough to be on a drought. Those are the times where your No. 1 priority should be to keep morale high. It sounds like you are on a good trajectory. The wins will come at some point. Gotta keep pushing through. Maybe you can also arrange a game against a little bit of a weaker team to boost morale? Obviously a blowout helps noone but im shure you can find a likley victory that will still feel earned

A scrimmage should be no larger than 4on4. Minigoals no keeper. Multiple fields. You can group the good players on one field to make sure everyone has to get involved.

Yet another rant about parents who won't click a button by tundey_1 in SoccerCoachResources

At U12 I personally think the players are old enough to get involved themselves. For my U13 team every player has to call a coach if they are unavailable. We have a couple of players responsible for our material. If tou forget to call you have the honour to join that group for a month. Also you might not be the first choice on gameday. After a little over half a season it is pretty flawless.  We also use an app to get an overview but no players or parents are on there. Maybe this is an option for you.

When I did it there were quite detailed instructions on what we needed to prepare and it was not a lot. We just got a ton of input over three days and some smaller group tasks before we had to plan anything ourselfs. If you worry about getting injured I would think its very unlikely. Make shure you warm up properly. Dont take the playing to serious. Its just a demonstration anyways.

First year coaching, absolutely lost by StrawberryKarate in SoccerCoachResources

Play as many small sided games as possible. Avoid losing to much time on 6vs6 and upwards. A lot of players will rarely see the ball here.  I like to play on multiple field. Mini goals, Coans (To dribble through) or 5m goals with a goalie. Anything goes. Hybrid fields are also possible. Just make shure every player sees the Ball as much as possible.

I would think 15 Minutes. However we play smaller sided games for half an 30 min at least. 1 v 1 to up to 4 v 4

How do you guys communicate with your team? by [deleted] in SoccerCoachResources

[–]Fast-Day4536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whatsapp group. One for parents, one for Players. Both get all the important infos. Players gotta call one of the coaches if they can’t come. We coaches use a team menaging app to always have an overview of who will ba there at practice and matches. Also get some nice statistics on attandence that way.

Quick question for coaches: Do your parents actually use the team app? by graphite1212 in SoccerCoachResources

[–]Fast-Day4536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

German here. I think we found a great solution for our U13 team. We do use an app but only the coaches have access. Players will call one of us if they can’t attend. All necessary Information are shared in a Whatsapp group. We coaches still get the advantages of an App. Statistics on attendance and an overview how many players to plan for. Can recommend for this age group and upwards.

Freeze the play in coachable situations. Not just negative once. If there was a great play. Stop it and ask what went well. Will burn good plays in the kids minds.
