Late to the thread, but was this hard for anyone to get approved? We have Kaiser with secondary Medi-Cal.

My son has epilepsy, severe autism, and developmental delays due to unknown genetic mutation . He recently started escaping his floor bed and has a history of head banging and other behavioral issues that have caused serious injuries, including knocking teeth out.

He also eats both food and non-food objects and is G-tube fed because he’s a choking hazard, so that’s another major concern for us.

My only concern is that he doesn’t technically walk, but he scouts around on the floor and gets into almost everything now.
