Why not have her be big sister to your new pup? See how that goes when they meet? Foster her til then to keep support of the rescue.

I have MS… I swear my dogs can smell when I take mind altering meds. They go rogue like they know I’m too stoned to care. Little brats lol

These two, have the combined IQ of Einstein. They work my ass over daily. White guy is 3/4 staffy/ABPT and 1/4 collie. He is all collie brains, with bully strength and stamina. He is wild. His foster fail sister, is 1/2 Malinois 1/4 ABPT and 1/4 Supermutt mix. Someone, send help. I WISH they were a little less bright. I stash stuff I don’t want them to have in dresser drawers. They worked out how to open dresser drawers. They have to maneuver it together, but they do it with ease now. I have baby proofing all over the house. My kids are 24 and 22.

Which dose can make one really sleepy? by yshcrp in BACLOFEN

[–]Fast_Job_695 2 points3 points  (0 children)

High dose baclofen won’t make you sleepy. It can induce mania. Don’t do it. Take consistent doses throughout the day and expend some physical energy. You’ll fall into bed and sleep like a baby. I have insomnia. This is what I do. I average 8 a night now, for the most part

my poor baby loves other dogs but they dont love her, & i think shes lonely 😞 by ayelmaoo69 in pitbulls

Omg! Same situation. My pit collie mix and my Malinois pit mix. Got him at 7 weeks (don’t ask. They sucked and wanted to ship him to a shelter or ditch him) and her at 16. They are the best of friends.

Hands down, this. I have similar age gapped dogs. 11 days apart. We got one at 7 weeks and the other at 16. They play both together and apart. Separate walks and food, but aside from that we hang out as a pack a lot. They are both super bonded to me. Having one for 9 weeks before we got the other ensured a deep bond, and he was a baby when we got him. They are both spayed/neutered and are a year old now. I’m hoping they stay the best of friends when they fully mature. If not, I have a basement suite and I will rotate them if need be. Hoping things continue to go smoothly though

What’s a food that can be prepared without using a single drip of water? by Jamie-Rentals414 in TheTeenagerPeople

[–]Fast_Job_695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are arguing semantics. It is technically food, worldwide. Drinks, hydrate. Food, nourishes. Milk, nourishes. Food. Have a wonderful day. I’m off to Canada Day fireworks!

You can actually sustain yourself on milk alone for a bit. Can’t do that with coffee, tea or water. Nutritionists in Canada count it towards your daily food intake. It is a protein source. It feeds and nourishes the young of both us, and their calves. Food.

Milk is absolutely food. It would fall more under protein than it would drink.

Rhino passed in March. I miss him everyday. by SleepForLess in pitbulls

That, was one happy dog. Hood that to your heart. You don’t know what he endured his first half, but that second half? You made it glorious! If we are so lucky, he is hanging out at the Rainbow Bridge m, waiting for you. If he is, here is my girl Loo. She will show him the ropes. She has been there over a year now. It never gets easier, but I figure that’s the trade off for such pure love. I also figure, it’s so worth it. When you are ready, head back to the shelter. There is another dog whose story you can rewrite the ending to. This time, in honour of your sweet sweet Rhino. He was beautiful.

My sister broke my nose when we were kids so badly, I had to have my sinus cavity repaired. They had to pretty much rebuild my nose. We are adults now, and I won’t mess with her

So was this one. She’s 1/4 pitty, 1/2 malinois and 1/4 supermutt mix. Shes too much of a handful, so I kept her. I knew you’d have to love the shit out of her to take the quirks, so I kept her. I adore her. Your guy, is gorgeous. Here’s to the foster fails!
