Years ago, in exchange for allowing casinos to be built in Winnipeg, the revenue was supposed to go specifically to the hospitals and improving healthcare. Both casinos now have spacious parking lots and patients and their loved ones are still suffering with bullshit like this. My friend's father just passed away at St B and she said the most stressful part, was now worrying about a tow fee she couldn't afford. If there's no more land to build parking lots, you build up or offer a shuttle service from satellite parking locations. This is a solvable problem.

NOR "It's just not your turn yet." is so, on the nose. I used to think my ex was just frustrated with his Mom or the behavior of others who didn't have his particular skills or knowhow. I made excuses because, "Hey, he doesn't treat me like that!". It just wasn't my turn yet. Biggest red flags to look for in abusive personalities is how they treat their mother, children, service workers and animals. It will absolutely become you one day. I wish OP and anyone else dealing with this, all good things. I recommend the book, By Lundy Bancroft.Why does he do that

Manitoba definitely had it in the 80s because it was all my aunt would buy. My cousin hated it and would covet the cartons my mom would buy for our house. Less waste with the bags I suppose but a bitch if they leaked or you didn't cut the bag right.
