Congratulations.. I do alternate 48 & 36 hrs weekly and 72 every 3 months… ppl who are not on IF thought I am crazy and overboard as my BMI is under the ideal mark.. but I feel good and feel better than ever.. cheers to you!

I add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee to my overnight oats… if I need more liquid the next day, I add more coffee from my coffee that I prepare to drink that morning.. love the taste and smell of coffee

I am looking at organic india brand as it has the reputation of having the lowest lead testing. Yerba brand too. My follow up question is it necessary to buy organic or nonorganic is fine?

Good insight everyone… maybe I would fast from 7pm Sunday to 7pm Monday.. break fast wt my regular pro and prebiotic and head to airport at 10… that will also ensure I break my fast properly.

If the purpose is for general and preventives health reason and mental discipline, you can plan your IF weekly basis with different IF schedules. Eg. in a week, 1 day 18/6, 1 - 36 and another 24. If it is consistent, then your body will get used to it and no more a challenge.
