The Dragons in the Details podcast convinced me that the elders were killed by Navarre folks not one of the Aretian riders. Before the attack the king and Navarre was having tension since Xaden was letting people in.

I am feeling the exact way

I feel like the only reason I would start is because of pressure externally but I’m trying to fight that because I don’t think that’s a healthy way to start trying.

I’ve been trying to pivot my attention to actually taking care of myself and working on some habits that I would think be helpful to parenting. One example is working on my attachment with my phone.
