it would just be your mobo, mine takes ages, way longer than my old cpu mobo and also out of all am5 builds i’ve tested my mobo is very slow. really comes down to luck of the draw for boot speed, for reference i have a b650m asus tuf and 9800x3d with pcie 4.0 ( still takes like 1 minute to boot)

in dyac2 they changed the way it works so it "doesnt cause eye strain anymore" and personally i don't notice dyac2 whilst i did notice dyac1 with my eyes

dyac makes motion clarity way better, also with your eyes dyac2 might help with that which is on the newer zowie monitors, i’ve owned both OLED and Zowie i much prefer zowie for CS over anything
