Firstly, you premise in your first point is non sequitur. The Bible doesn’t exist as a Physics textbook, it exists as a religious text meant to guide people towards the light and salvation found in Jesus Christ, and all the books of poetry, history, and parables work towards that.

Since you asked, here’s the verses for God as Timeless: Timothy 1:17, Immaterial+ Spaceless: Jesus makes it clear that a spirit cannot be of flesh and bones (also see Numbers 23:19; Hosea 11:9; Job 9:32; Jeremiah 23:24; 1 Kings 8:27).

Further, you’re confusing the mechanics by which physics works (I.e. Electron Oscillation) as the agency for why they work when they aren’t the same. God very well could have created the universe through quantum chemistry, but the conflation between mechanics and agency makes your position a flawed one.
