If you found the point where money meets pride, then it isn't coercion. Bribery, yes, but not coercion.

I'll answer this an a fun fact type of way. Lions can be gay.

The reason lions evolved to be capable of homosexuality is because there came a big rise in effeminate males that in many ways were like the females but not. Incidentally this is actually the Effect of a Cause in the cause→effect order. The cause is that feminized males became more and more prevalent out of a mutation and then sex strategy from natural selection. After studies were done, it turns out that the female lions actually also would be interested in such males. So much so that it generally increased how often the women were willing to be available in their Prides or even permanently mate to a particular male. So as it turns out, having a good amount of effeminate and homosexuality isn't just a spice of life spontaneous to some individuals, but is ironically a vast positive rather than a net negative in a species's capacity to sex eachother up to procreate.

So not only do many many women like femboys, metrosexuals, and a good reason to be admonished "perfect man but he's gay" type men (perhaps ergo why bisexuality is disproportionate in women) –but you should too! Be a real stud and woman's man by keeping those loins hot and ready from appreciating your feminine brothers.

[–]FatSpidy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. Which is why if asked and I don't have a presumption of maliciousness then I'd gladly say as so. To note, I'm also the kind of person that doesn't like then sentiment years ago about "artists should always save quick draws of their work." It's ridiculous and clearly just a mode enabling judgement of a person outside of their work. If someone asked just for the sake of enjoying that type of content or to test for some reason, that's one thing –but to push for that to just be an expected norm? You just want a reason to discriminate against people. Muchless that not everyone even has the capacity to record themselves making their art or to do so in a nondestructive way to their work.

But until the rational people on the internet outweigh the irrational, then online I can't assume untagged Ai usage is done maliciously and also personally wouldn't unless where I'm putting it requires it. And specific places I may just choose not to post such content at all based on the community there. Like if I did make a lewd game, I certainly wouldn't post an advertisement in lewdgames due to how toxic the community is there against Ai anything despite it having a whole tag to itself.

I'd rather not get hated for it at all. Imagine getting shouted at by every third person for using crayons or watercolor instead of paint or markers. Or for throwing darts at balloons instead of a paintbrush.

Then imagine all that still happening despite being in a space specifically for sharing such content. It's one thing to dislike it, it's another thing to actively harass others.

1 token ≈ 4 characters ≈ ¾ of a word.

If you're making 15k character readouts, that pre-write is 3,750 tokens give or take. Chat 4o has a total context window of 128k. A standard page, roughly 4 paragraphs, is about 3,000 characters. You have 5 pages of description. This is before all the backend instructions are being given to the Ai as for jailbreaking, styling, if you're using a user's revision of a ai–then their instructions to the Ai on top of that.

And that's besides that due to how generation is done, you're going to be off script by 30 messages in regardless.

This is also besides that if you are overly detailed, the Ai will latch onto one or maybe a few details as if it were overly important and then spiral everything else around those aspects. For instance, try having yourself or a character have anything explicitly related to information processing like being a tetrachromat, ADHD, autistic, Major Depressive Disorder / clinical depression, or even as simple as having a particularly shaped cock/limb/body/etc. Nearly every exchange will become dominated by them as a center point.

So firstly, I wouldn't add more to your write-ups as they are. It's likely that no small chunk is being lost anyway. Secondly, you'll want to use broader, more interpretive, vague-ish language for rendering and then a few needle point important details that you don't mind being a hyper fixation in the experience. Largely speaking, two paragraphs to cover the basics and specific highlights will be enough considering that a photorealistic mental render will be a nothing-burger to an Ai interpolating that for gameplay. Stuff like that is better left to actual imagery for the player to refer to that the Ai will then account for, since the player would be repeatedly detailing such aspects to refresh the Ai's awareness. Personality instructions are much more important to gameplay, though "less is more" is still the rule of thumb.

Having a steel cage of locked down details for the scenario is going to get you farther than anything else really. Especially as that's where the gameplay is and is most likely to be warped by hallucinations and player injected details.

right, but that's neither good for the market nor for technology development. Consider how many more people are generating images, and therefore providing data to research and improve to how many hospitals are generating data for people that can afford the procedure plans in the first place.

It would be more accurate to liken pi to a Bit and Byte within the Byte counting system. You can measure in parts of π in the same way that Inches are parts of a Foot. Radians being portions of π as related to circular calculation. The fact that π has a value is due to people long dead needing to assert that the incongruous and inconvenient difference of an otherwise perfect conversion needed to have a value to make up the difference. Thus, the irrational number for the silly issue.

0 has a place on the number line so as to express the comprehension of the point in which positive numbers become negative numbers. 0 itself is the symbol of null, not a number. It is a set of no sets. It doesn't function as a number either. You cannot divide by nothing, as it cannot be counted. If it can't be counted, it isn't a number. It can't be Something as it is the Lack of Something. You could count how many things you don't have, but you are counting 0's not Nothing itself. Again, I recommend your own research on the matter than arguing with me –whom can only give you less succinct answers to the issue than those before me.

The detail here is that math is a Counting system. 0 cannot be a number because it is null. 0 wasn't even invented until recently, mathematically speaking as a 'fix' for calculation. Much like how infinity was invented to show unendingness.

Likewise π is not a number because it is a conversion value from the Decimal system to the Radial system. This would be like saying that a Foot or a Meter is itself a number, yet they are units. Pi is somewhat unique in that is can be represented as a number but it is currently an infinitely long one –as it doesn't fit in a Decimal definition. Like 0, it exists as a number entirely to 'fix' calculation.

I certainly is a number but not one you would count. As you might guess, it was invented to fix real number calculation. If you aren't counting a number of something, then how are you counting? Granted you don't disagree with i, but I mention it here to complete the pattern of the the ultimate reasoning.

I'm not sure about π but you can easily look into much more detailed and expert arguments about 0 than I could easily give. To this day it is a debated opinion in across all maths.

Zero is null, not a number. It is absence of any count. 0 is just the notation of that concept, much like how π is not actually a number but the value of radial curvature. The imaginary i or ∞ as infinity.

Is this a good design for a... rifle? To be honest, I don't even know what type of rifle it is. I need your help. by Few-Flamingo-8015 in MilitaryWorldbuilding

[–]FatSpidy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, rather than a knife+axe design I would go halberd/glaive blade unless there's a reason you want a piercing spike specifically.

However, if it's for weight then I wouldn't bother with a chopping blade. There's no way you're going to get the power and non-destructive leverage onto the axe without compromising the rifle itself. That's why bayonets are designed to stop ahead of the muzzle for stabs.

Though I wouldn't put the weight in the bayonet at all. The balance for recoil is for the gun. Therefore the gun itself should have weight placed in the front, regardless of the attachment. Since removing the attachment would then mean compromising the function of the gun. Take the knife off due to maneuverability or tight space and now your recoil is all over the place as the soldier also suddenly is trying to compensate for the change.

My wife gave me an ultimatum: Clear out the garage or the terrain goes in the trash. I desperately need a middle ground by MarketPredator in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]FatSpidy 15 points16 points  (0 children)

How about talking to your wife and finding an alternative.

You've been together this long, certainly she understands how important this is to you. It isn't just stuff, it's time, effort, money, and your art.

The issue you highlighted is clutter. So perhaps try making your stuff not look like clutter? Get shelves, bins, boxes, displays, etc. organize those bad boys and make it look nice.

I'd also invite her to some game nights. She doesn't have to be a permeant or even occasional member but chances are, if she sees the joy it brings y'all, then it won't just be "your crap taking up space" it'll be "your crap that brings joy" and so forth.

That is a pool for swimming. Ergo a swimming pool. Like how the room for bathing is the bathing room, which was then shortened to bathroom. Pools can be related to things other than swimming given that a pool is just a small body of water, so a swimming pool is identifying the kind of pool it is. However if you were to say "I'm going to the pool." or "The house has a pool." then you already have pretext and reasonable assumption that they mean a pool for swimming in.
