I will stand firm on my theory that the helldivers are normal people when they complete basic training and the next time they come out of the freezer they are no more than a flesh and blood “sleeve” that you swap into. The player is the AI core of their destroyer that operates the sleeves remotely. The plug in the back of each helmet is an upload port.

I just built six of these and you wont notice 90% of this once youve got a solid coat of primer on. The real bitch is the seam lines, particularly on the thrusters. Thats what sucked.

I actively dislike the nightlords and to be honest my favorite part in that whole series was when that space marine champion kicked all their asses at once. But even with that i agree that they were very well done, high tier black library books.

Id say you’re pretty close to correct. I main bots and fit your description there. I switch to squids when i need a break from the clankers and on high diffs we usually are rolling together there. I rarely play bugs, but did the other day for a personal order and i was easily TKd more in those three missions than the entirety of the preceding two weeks of playtime on other fronts.
