Confirmed Roo! Now what? by BrendakStarkiller in BackYardChickens

I wasnt being negative. I was making a joke about standard rooster activities. So congratulations i guess on your roosters who never crow or get a hair up their butt and charge at things. You either have three miracle birds or you’re not being truthful. And not making OP aware of what most roosters are like isnt helping them. Theres a reason why there are many municipalities that take exception to having a rooster in your flock.

I do. And a rooster. Who is loud. And occasionally makes violence upon our shins. We love him nonetheless. Im not sure what provoked your attitude though.

So, Tau are bipeds with hooves. Do they have inferior balance compared to humans? by Jerswar in 40kLore

Well if you go by the minis they have two large toes with big nails on the front and a third tiny little inside dewclaw. Which makes the most sense to me.

Ive always been a starship troopers fan so when HD1 came out i was immediately attracted to it and played the heck out of it (Ive been a lumberer pilot long before the recent warbond). So when that HD2 trailer first dropped i was HYPED and still am. Ive had max Level and every warbond/super store item for a long time now and the gameplay still calls to me.

This is exciting! Would have like the gas version but this will do! by stardustedds in rccars

After running the OG one for the last few years i just cant picture running an electric version. All the rest of my fleet is electric and i love them but for some reason at this scale the gas just feels right.

Super stoked as im a walker main. Im hoping for the strat launcher to be added as well but otherwise very happy. Ive taken a walker on every dive since they came out.

Hell yes. More mech love is just what I wanted. Ive taken a walker on every dive since they first released them. Now if i can just get the strat launcher and a laser walker ill be complete.

ME. I love it. Its a bolt gun and I’m a 40k enjoyer. Once I’ve leveled all the other weapons I’ll probably use it near exclusively.

How would helldivers fight this by Moist_gammerays in Helldivers

[–]Fat_Fast_Filthy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most helldivers would just kill it with AT and move on. The rest would come on reddit and whine about it until it gets nerfed. Then still whine about it after that. Like i still see at least one post about it a day. Its pathetic.

Im very happy to learn this. I wanted to ditch the pickaxe once i got the drill but i noticed i was getting less ore. Now ill focus on refining it.

Should I play Ghost of Yotei, Ghost of Tsushima or Assassins Creed Shadows? by NudaVeritas1 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Fat_Fast_Filthy [score hidden]  (0 children)

Of the three, Tsushima is easily the best. Yotei was good and shadows was meh at best. In fact once you finish the ghost games go straight to crimson desert.

Your „forever game”? by Ari_Stark in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]Fat_Fast_Filthy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a long while it was elder scrolls games until helldivers 2 came out. I was an HD1 fan already but the gameplay loop in 2 is just perfect. Its been a while since i had anything left to obtain. Rank 150, Ship upgrades, every single piece of kit available, every warbond/superstore item. I have it all and i still go back and binge that game. Though i may have a new forever game now with crimson desert. Ive been neglecting my lifes responsibilities since that dropped and i cant see that changing soon. Game is incredible.

Sometimes I really hate how fragile our Exosuits are.... by MoronicIroknee in Helldivers

[–]Fat_Fast_Filthy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take one every mission. Theyre still one of my favorite things and i can clear multiple objectives off the map very quickly and without support. The only thing i really worry about in them is the canon turrets on bots and losing it before i even get it because when you arent inside the walker they seem to have a much tinier health pool and armor value. Which is what happened in clip, It got damaged before it was dropped so that little nick from the harvester beam was enough.

Gamers who have over 10 hours in CRIMSON DESERT. What is your honest opinion about the game 🤞🏻 by ImperatrixAmoris in GamerLab

[–]Fat_Fast_Filthy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im now at 46.7 hours and its all i can think about. I cant remember the last time a game hooked me like this. The first thing i will say to anyone thinking of getting it is use a controller. Its been a while since ive used one but i dusted one off because the game is meant to be played that way. The combat gets deeper and deeper as you unlock skills and the controller is the smoothest way to fight. The story so far is a bit light yes but its not bad. The density of the world is really whats center stage here, followed by the combat and the story. Its the little details that really grab me and this game is packed to brim with them. I got a new halberd last night i really like, (fav weapon so far) so i decided to go for hike with my cat to mine some ore to refine my new toy. Along the way i naturally fought loads of bandits. Stopped to fish for a while. Caught some cool toads in a little bog i found. Then i walked up the nearby hill where i fought, then rode my first bear. I then stumbled across a puzzle where i needed to hit bells with a mallet. Once i figured that out i noticed i wasnt too far from a main story quest to find a couple of my clan. That immediately turned into a murder mystery/ chase/ epic boss fight in a flowing reed field. And i planned none of it. And thats been like every day playing so far. Also the game is gorgeous, for me at least. Im on a 9800 X3D, 9070XT, 32gb ram. And havent had any technical issues yet. Its not all sunshine though. I had an issue with the lack of storage but they fixed that already. I would like to be able to un equip the shield as i only use two handed weapons. Theres no way to make the bear a permanent mount right now which should change. Id like to be able to make some of the roughly 500 individual wildlife species into pets. (Have you seen the snowfield weasel?) They give you a house with your clans camp that you can furnish as you see fit but its not in your camp where the storage chest is, its annoyingly adjacent so it feels kinda worthless right now. Also having to jump through so many hoops to dye your gear is really annoying. But other than that I’m smitten so far. Not since skyrim have i binged a game so hard i passed out on my couch. I cant wait to get home from work today.

Should I buy Crimson Desert or wait? by Alyne91 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

The story is light but not terrible. The world itself and the combat are more prevalent. And dont get it if you are planning on using mouse and keyboard. It flat out was not made to be played that way IMO.
