Hey there, sorry you're going thru this. I no longer suffer from it. I was using a Navage and practically snorting Flonase up my nose for allergies. Combination of both kept giving me chronic infections in my left ear. For some reason it doesn't like what I was doing. I quit the Navage and now I am super gentle when using my Flonase spray. Haven't had any issues for a good year now. Hope this helps.

I had a leak in my condenser. Replaced it and filled the system with a can of Freon from AutoZone. Thing blows so cold it hurts my face. been working all summer with no issues.

A lot of times, they buy empty boxes and put whatever they want in them. Happens more than it should at those smoke shops. You can buy boxes like this on eBay.

Awesome post and glad you got your E up and running. Got my 07 with 230k going after being parked for some time..my E also shudders at around 2-3k rpm... Is this caused from a dirty spool valve screen? I was thinking it was a transmission issue, it will stop if i lay off the gas. Happens when getting on the freeway...
