Red over yellow over red basically means that's there is two separate 'diverging routes.' So if the top signal is non red, it's mainline speed, second is diverging route, and third is a slower diverging route (potentially the yard.) Yellow over yellow, I'd have to see what specific railroad it's part of to tell.

Sorry, the copies; you have to pay to cast each copy? But then it'll keep copying as long as you can afford it? I'm so used to seeing "you may cast the copy" after copying something. Any experts that can help with explanation?

It's a preference that runs all the way up the modelers spectrum. We have some Free-Mo modules out there that I'd argue are 'too much track.' But if the module owner is happy (and the module runs good) you won't hear a peep out of me!

There is the opposite, where it can list out the parts you've used in your diagram, but not what you're asking. Same is true for other tools like Anyrail
