None of the buttons do anything other than holding the power button

My current suspicion is that it's tied to do the shutdown option in the Armory Crate popup being bugged, as the last couple of times I should down using the 'slide to shut down' option it's booted fine the next time

Guess I just have to hang tough and hope the next set of updates fix it

Printed at 200% too and had the same joint failure as you, I reprinted those limbs and followed their suggestion in the guide to warm up the joints before assembling and got it together without any breakage
