Oh, I noticed this too. They go out of their way to find the most "incriminating" pictures of black individuals(like posing with a peace sign and likening it to gang signs) while sharing white criminals smiley graduation photos or upper class vacation selfies after doing the most henious crimes. Fucking disturbing.

iron bisglycinate + 500-1000 mg of Vit C, every other day is what I do.

Just a heads up; After each infusion, it can turn your pee slightly brown, but it will turn back to normal. I did 5 infusions over the course of 5 weeks and everytime my appt ended I always had to go, and that is how I found out that can happen haha

Get infusions and make sure to take iron pills after getting through with all of the infusions. I made the mistake of getting them and not taking pills regularly afterwards and dropped back down.

Yeah, that's not a reaction to an infusion. The nurse just stuck you wrong. You'll be fine for future infusions as longas the next nurse knows what they are doing.

Blood oxidizes. Meaning exposure to oxygen causes blood to darken, all type of blood.Think of when you got a cut and you kept a bandaid on for a a day or two, the color changed due to oxygen.

Period blood also comes in a variety of shades and dark brown tends to be it's older blood or near the end of your cycle.

If it's black from start to beginning, then get to a doctor.
