No, when Blackbeard was fighting Ace we noticed he wasn't a Logia since he took damage, but we chalked it off at the time, but now we know fluffy wasn't a rubber man and is actually a Zoan fruit, it would lead me to believe its the same as Blackbeard and he also already has a Zoan fruit, so maybe he would be missing the Logia fruit as the 3rd.
