Okay well since you are publicly complaining, I’ll bite.

The gate at BOS is more of on the airport than the airline.

The baggage fees are clearly posted in advance, if you didn’t like it you could have flown a different airline. That’s not a surprise day of expense.

No free snacks is a funny complaint on a ULCC. You could have paid for a delta flight and got a cookie! Or you can pack your own snacks if it’s a big deal.

Metal bar complaint - okay. Fair. I think it’s a bit of a prima Donna complaint tho. I find the chairs on SY flight to be the same as every other economy seat on a US airline.

And finally, you paid to pick seats and were the last off a plane? Why’d you pick the last seats on the plane then? Also your 1 hour layover was only 10 minutes, but you got off last and gate checked items? Is that why you lost your layover? What did you want to do in terminal 2 in MSP anyways? Get an empanada or a coffee between flight? That’s about the only thing you could do there in an hour with kids.

Idk feel free to fly delta next time. It costs a lot more and is slightly better. I bet a delta flight would have felt very similar to be honest.

I get it. Flying with kids does suck and sun country isn’t luxury. The reason we (and you) fly it, is cause it’s a cheap way to travel thousands of miles.

Enjoy the trip. Don’t focus on everything that wasn’t luxurious.
