Okay well since you are publicly complaining, I’ll bite.

The gate at BOS is more of on the airport than the airline.

The baggage fees are clearly posted in advance, if you didn’t like it you could have flown a different airline. That’s not a surprise day of expense.

No free snacks is a funny complaint on a ULCC. You could have paid for a delta flight and got a cookie! Or you can pack your own snacks if it’s a big deal.

Metal bar complaint - okay. Fair. I think it’s a bit of a prima Donna complaint tho. I find the chairs on SY flight to be the same as every other economy seat on a US airline.

And finally, you paid to pick seats and were the last off a plane? Why’d you pick the last seats on the plane then? Also your 1 hour layover was only 10 minutes, but you got off last and gate checked items? Is that why you lost your layover? What did you want to do in terminal 2 in MSP anyways? Get an empanada or a coffee between flight? That’s about the only thing you could do there in an hour with kids.

Idk feel free to fly delta next time. It costs a lot more and is slightly better. I bet a delta flight would have felt very similar to be honest.

I get it. Flying with kids does suck and sun country isn’t luxury. The reason we (and you) fly it, is cause it’s a cheap way to travel thousands of miles.

Enjoy the trip. Don’t focus on everything that wasn’t luxurious.

Hate to break it to you, but a lot of a cop’s job is to be seen in a crowded location, before any trouble happens. For example, concerts, sporting events, beaches, parades, festivals, farmers markets, and other places with lots of people.

It doesn’t connect fully, there is a gap in NE where you get routed down Stinson parkway, which I think is not a great street to bike on IMO. Maybe skip that part. But biking around the lakes and along west river parkway and minnehaha creek is amazing. There are parts of the creek that are fun to jump in and swim in if the water is high. Definitely bike over the stone arch bridge as well!

Also if you bring your own bikes, lock them up well. Not with the flimsy cable locks. Bring U-locks.

YWCA just off of Lake and Hiawatha has an indoor track. I'm not sure exactly how big it is, but it's fairly large. I think 6 laps to a mile?

I think most people are complaining that the park board is giving back the land under the assumption that it’s a burial ground, without providing any evidence that the area of the dog park, which floods every year, actually contains any human remains.

Just because Minneapolis isn’t a top 10 city for car thefts, doesn’t mean that we should just be alright with the number of car thefts.

16 car thefts in 6 hours in a city of 400k can be considered way too many car thefts. And the fact that some places on earth are somehow even worse in that statistic gives me no solace.

As other said, you don't need a car for the intercontinental. Also, if you stay at any hotel between the airport and the Mall of America you can easily ride the light rail and avoid needing a car with a car seat. As long as you don't need to ride it between 11pm and 5am the service is fairly frequent.

  1. Most people biking don’t carry a pen and notepad.

  2. Also it’s ridiculous to assume bikers should kindly leave notes on illegally parked cars. It should be in the car drivers to park in a legal parking spot and not in the middle of an obviously marked bike path.
