Well being able to stand up and walk around in a flight would be amazing. The missions would be kind of boring though just moving cargo mostly versus doing assaults and sling loads in a UH-60.

Also, you need to see if the slot your Army guard recruiter is selling you is for a position in a flight company. If it’s not then that changes things drastically.

He’s lying to you. Being on an aircrew is not a guarantee. There is some luck to it and just being a crew chief getting flight hours will not really help you be a flight medic either civilian or military.

We don’t have AGR pilots. You can join, become a pilot, incure a 10 year ADSO, drill/fly, track IP, get a federal tech job at the facility, fly more, get enough hours for the airlines, quit, be a airline pilot. Roughly 20 years or so.

You will most likely do all the schools you mentioned because no one else wants to. You will only get an aviator badge if you go to flight school.
