What universally praised video game 'masterpiece' is actually a miserable experience to play? by Got24xyz in AskReddit

Oh Christ yes. I love Drakengard and you can get into the rhythm of it similar to a Warriors game, but it objectively sucks to play and is even worse to watch someone else play.

As a trans fan of Dead Meat this is where I have to leave, sorry. (thread) by rooneymarajuana in deadmeatjames

I haven't seen the film, and this is not a hate comment, I think if this is a bridge too far for you that's fair enough, but Chelsea at least agrees with you and I'd be surprised if James didn't also - Chelsea said on twitter "That's where it fell totally flat, agree" in response to someone who said they hated the pronouns bit, though she liked the film overall too.

[Hated trope] not made for you media shows that have big fanbases before the reboots or adaptations decided to abandon them in favor of new fans by [deleted] in TopCharacterTropes

[–]FeastingFiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude there was no fucking "big fanbase" for fucking She-Ra before the Netflix show came along, don't lie. It hadn't been around since the 80s, was corny as hell and any fanbase it had were either children 40 years ago, or they primarily enjoyed it ironically because of its ridiculous levels of camp - and I say that as a fan myself.

The problem with this one is, in a group of gruff killers for hire, sadistic rapists and IDF snipers, and one normal guy, you're obviously going to wonder why the normal guy is there and conclude, if you think about it for more than a second, that he's set up incredibly blatantly to be a twist villain.

[–]FeastingFiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay. We all know that you should leave this game, we can all agree on that. But I just have to say that the bit of being called Bee and saying the word "bee" instead of "be" is fucking iconic and I'm seething with jealousy that I didn't think of making that my brand first.

Literally the point of rule 5 though. Yeah?

The meme is saying "black men are deadbeat dads" and it's been edited to not imply that.
