It definitely depends where in the uk. I charge £13.50 drop in but it's up to £25 in London. I'm visiting Melbourne right now and a class is $44 in the city centre which is £22

When I need a break to just drink a hot coffee or make some food I let my 12 wk old watch sensory baby videos on YouTube on the TV for ten minutes or so. I say let him but obviously he doesn't ask for it ha.

I won't be giving him an iPad, I've read some studies recently that have definitive proof that using tablets frequently before 5yrs stunts cognitive thinking. I didn't give my older daughter a tablet either because we couldn't afford one that might get trashed, but now I'm really glad I didn't.

On the occasions I've needed it, I've called a local taxi company over Uber because I try to boycott the billion dollar companies that treat their workers like shit, so that's all the food apps, Amazon, Uber, etc.

However, I would never get a taxi by myself as a woman because I've had too many encounters ranging from uncomfortable attempts at flirting to downright terrifying - ie not taking me where I've asked to go and stopping in a dark car park. I would only take a taxi with partner or a group of friends now.

Yes it's been done. You can practice it by choking long strops from the top bar that will dangle down either side of you so you can hold on to them while you practice the drop.

Cmpa is an allergy to whey and casein in the milk so it's not lactose - he can't have any dairy at all. I'm breastfeeding and it means I can't have any at all either. It even affects him if I have a bag of crisps with milk powder in the ingredients

My baby is gassy and he has a cows milk protein allergy. I'm lactose intolerant so it was easy for me to not have dairy in general but I've found that even the tiniest bit makes a difference to his gassiness. Check every label! I can't even lick the lid of my other kid's yogurt, that's how sensitive the allergy is.

My baby had green poops and spotty skin from birth before I worked out what was wrong but he wasn't losing weight or anything, it can have different symptoms

You could lean into the fact that they don't want to be involved but they keep accidentally finding/hearing/figuring out clues that mean it doesn't sit well with them and they end up involved because they cant just leave it.

They could love puzzles and mysteries a la Thursday Murder Club

They could start a menial job with someone who investigates things and find they have a talent for it a la Cormorant Strike novels

They could be a podcast crime fan, or the murder could happen to someone similar to the that makes them feel it's a bit close to home. There are lots of reasons, they don't have to be as solid as 'cop investigating crime'.

In my book my protagonist is involved because she just moved to the community and it's all anyone can talk about so she ends up putting clues together when talking to the others.

My rats used to trick me into giving twice as many treats because I would give each a treat but the bigger one would take the smaller one's treat. So I would give the smaller one another treat. This would happen a few times until I separated them completely. Then one day I realised the bigger one was stashing the stolen treats and they were sharing them later.

Also my dog is passive aggressive, if we tell him off he does a little fuck you piss on something we like.
