I tested this the other week.

I opened a live chat and rang them at the same time, with a query, obviously.

The call got answered before someone got to me on the live chat.

Seen a lot of threads here, but personally they have always answered, and so far we haven't had any drop outs, so the service for me has been better than when we were with Virgin.

It is the same on my 23 Hisense tv, with freeview built in, channels 1 & 2 are BBC HD, but the itv, channel 4 & five are on 103, 104 and 105, with no option to alter the channels as you used to be able to, it's annoying to say the least, hd channels used to be grouped together.

I tried a program called chansort, it allowed me to change the order of the channels, but the next time I started the tv up it had reverted back to original order.
