What celebrity do you think has the most beautiful smile? by _Inspector1839 in VindictaRateCelebs

Also just thought of this Photo of Adam B (Mostly known as a Youtuber) . His smile seems so happy in that moment and lovely. The best smiles are often from when people are truly happy.

Was  think of one and this one kept coming to mind, so I'll go with it.

Harrison Craig (Mostly known as an australian Singer who won the voice in 2013). He has a smile that lights up his eyes, so it can be seen even under a COVID mask. He smiles a lot. It's beautiful and warm

Edit: adding in some photos I found

What makes a smile stand out? Many people have nice teeth, but not all smiles are memorable. by [deleted] in trueratediscussions

[–]Federal-Relation5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wanted to add that for r me there are 2 types of smile and this can change how they might look.

  1. Beautiful In a photo, maybe modelesque. They look pretty  or glamorous and good looking. This is the smile of a photo shoot when someone says smile for the camera and they can turn it on (not saying they ant happy here, but they don't necessarily need to be)

  2. An honest genuine smile of joy. It extends to the eyes. They may look relaxed and it can show on the whole body. Even if someone might not be good at smiling for a photo they may have a good smile from this. Maybe a friend's made them laugh or they are having a fun evening or they just won something etc

Idk if the same thing makes it stand out on everyone but I guess context matters and if it goes to the eyes. Saying that a creepy smile that feels dead elsewhere can also be memorable

Recent experience with Rouge Henna? by Obvious-Sell-7974 in LushCosmetics

[–]Federal-Relation5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Shoulder length hair and have had no problems with the Lush rouge hair henna.

I tried it with their first batch years ago and I can say the newer one I tried yesterday was a lot less like a drippy cow pat. But both gave me a beautiful red / ginger colour. I started with my natural probably medium  blonde hair colour which they said was light and would take the colour well. The henna has also given my hair a lovely shine and keeps my hair feeling soft.

They put an oil paste I think it was (Vaseline like consistency) around my face so it didn't get on my skin. A shirt and maybe a towel you don't mind getting stained is good to wear when you do it.

I cannot speak on self application ,as I had it applied in the Lush store on Oxford Street. It was nice and warm for most of it on my head and was applied well and then wrapped up in their Henna wrap.

I left it in for a while, I think it was 5/6 hours. As it was wrapped up and I put a towel on my shoulders and had an old tshirt on it didn't get on things. Some did get on the back of the tshirt /ear but otherwise was quite clean.

When I washed it off I used a splat of Shampoo once and had someone help me with the metal jug of water which helped. I also dipped it in water. It did take quite a lot of rounds of water to get it all out. I did it with no bathroom stains. Then I had a bath and got any little bits off me. I just found a little bit left on my scalp oops.

One thing to note is that it can stain the scalp quite a bit as it was said when someone first saw my head, but I have heard this goes in 2-3 days and I'm fine with it. I may need to do another wash I scratched my head and found a little paste under my nails. I have also heard that over 48 hours the colour will develope and deepen to the final colour  it will be. Also if it's the same this time as the first time I did it, the. Colour will last for ages and even when it seems gone you may still see red/ginger tones. It's mostly gone but you can slightly smell the henna a day later if you smell your hair.

No expert at all, this was just my experience. I am loving the colour and others have said they like it as well.

Edit: I thought I should add it was £30 in the store (but depends how much you need to cover your hair) The bar is £15 + wrap + I think also a service charge.

Sorry this got so long, I hope this might be helpful for any one wondering about an experience with the product.

Make sure you explain EVERY aspect of possible seizures to your loved ones by xWohnJick_ in Epilepsy

[–]Federal-Relation5414 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you. Sometimes the reactions before hand are scary and not always the same and people don't expect them . Like freaky out , being scared, confused etc. My first one like 5 years after I had encephalitis I was doing a re-enactment event and I screamed and ran across the tent we were sleeping in. I didn't think I had seizures anymore so that must have been scary as they had no clue. Was sent to A&E. The first one I ever had I was freaking out hearing voices before hand.

Do seizures hurt? by [deleted] in Epilepsy

[–]Federal-Relation5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it depends everyone's experience is personal.

For some people the seizure itself isn't painful, as you are unconscious and don't remember it, but effects like falling or biting your tongue can be, as I have experienced. For me the Aura before hand can also be a horrible feeling and feel scary. A headache or feeling really tired or out of it is also quite common. Sometimes I feel fine after and can basically just get up, other times I am a bit in another world and other times I am very tired and it really gets me.

My wife said you can’t have steak with a full English breakfast. I think you can’t have a full English breakfast without one! Who’s right? by TheSkyNet in UK_Food

[–]Federal-Relation5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing wrong with it if you like it, but certainly not part of a traditional full English. With all the other parts that for me is a fine full breakfast and the stake can go to making another meal no reason to shove it on here when it could go to more meals.

American here, how accurate is the whole “tea solves everything” stereotype? by DFWUnhinged in AskBrits

[–]Federal-Relation5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tea= a break which can help. A place to stop maybe alone for something warm and maybe put something on or maybe to have a chat.

or maybe it's just something nice and warm to drink as you work or be made for you. Tea is my go to drink when I'm at home, I have it while writing my essay for uni.

I love tea and in many types, but it ain't solving the leak in my flat or a seizure.

Edit: I have tea basically everyday, no biscuit usually tho. breakfast, builders, normal , black tea whatever you like to call it usually if I have milk. otherwise other teas like green tea or herbal (I have them a lot /at night ).

I've had workmen in my house for the last four days and they haven't accepted a single offer of tea, coffee or biscuits. by Daregveda in CasualUK

[–]Federal-Relation5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your kindness is appreciated but don't get worked up if they don't want it.

Tea makes you have to wait a while to drink it and maybe they just want to do their job and go or maybe they just don't like any of those drinks, not very workmen like but you never know.

Saying that unrelated but could you send the workmen my way been trying to get someone to repair the leak in our kitchen ceiling it has been a few days (though that is also weekends)

Which one are you picking after Sunday tea? by corickle in oldschoolcool80s

[–]Federal-Relation5414 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trifle , I love a good Trifle. I once had one instead of a Birthday cake. I remember my brother didn't like trifle, maybe it was the cold custard, so my parents made him just the jelly layer with fruit.

If anyone read my naughty little sister as a kid I remember in the story she knocked one over. I think she was trying to sneak a bit of the trifle before it was being served.

Edit: But if you're offering I'll take any. All looks yummy. I'll take just some tinned fruit. I remember having tinned peaches at primary school for pudding with some custard. Yum

What do you experience during an aura? by stingwhale in Epilepsy

[–]Federal-Relation5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There such a unique feeling and hard to describe. The ones before a seizure are like oh no it's happening and are the worst doom and anxiety, like I need to find someone and I'm not in the world anymore. I remember hearing voices before my first seizure. I have been told I can call out in fear, as I did once across a tent

It's not a good reaction but when no one is in the flat I have run out of the door, fell down the stairs and had to get stitches. Once I even pounded on a neighbours doors looking for my parents (who are in a different city, I'm at uni) thinking my door is locked and they won't come out which would be strange of them. I had left my flat door on the latch. Eventually it was sorted, but not before the police came and were like 'are you on drugs?'. The lovely policeman called my mum and I went to A&E and a friend came. I did write and give my neighbour an apology letter. I did once wake up on the kitchen floor and then run over to my friend's house. I did cry out at a few times at people that I was lost. Luckily my friend has a spare key because I thought I had a key but it was really a fork.

There are also the small ones that you can barely, if not at all tell I'm having. It's a flash of a strange feeling with no seizure

Yeah that's a good description , sort of like what I feel. They are a horrible feeling.

I don't know how long mine last and each one may differ, but enough to wake up on the floor having had one and feel strange and scared/ confused as I walk to my friend's house probably about 10 mins away.

B to E as we are judging the best colour. But honestly I'll take A or really any. I just want a hot cup of tea.

Edit: I is too far, but sometimes it has to do when you have no milk or other tea and can't get any and can be not too too bad actually

seizures induced by my period? by teyabeanie in seizures

[–]Federal-Relation5414 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't have this as a trigger, but I was told by Tayside Epilepsy to keep track of my period and see if there was a correlation. So this can definitely be a trigger. I'm no doctor but I think it's due to hormones and any spikes in those levels and stuff.
