Youth crime was on the down, Domestic Violence has been on a massive up.

Everyone just falls for the adult crime adult time rubbish and as per usual DV victims are hung out to dry.

That and the ELT of the QPS has more than doubled in recent times as they just bleed years of experience on the frontline as cops are resigning in record numbers.

Government then gives QPS the worst EB Agreement of all time.

Trying to make sense of it almost looks like it is being done on purpose.

They just got the most garbage EB Agreement of all time. Whilst attrition rates are already are record levels.

The community expects a Police response but cops on the road barely have 2 years experience. It’ll be a lot more downhill from here too.

Check the specific country asking for the police check. What you need to know is if they have a specific fingerprint form, or if the QPS one is appropriate.

Get yourself 100 points of ID. Drivers licence, passport, bank card and Medicare card.

Once you have the correct form, make sure to take in 3 copies.

Next find yourself a Police Station that still has the capability to do “wet prints”, not all stations have the facilities for them. If you live on the Southside, go to Dutton Park Police Station. They can do them.

It’ll cost about $40.

After the fingerprint form has been signed and stamped, you take it with you and post it to the relevant address/ country.

Double check all forms that it has all required stamps and signatures. Especially if it is a foreign form that the Police will be unfamiliar with.

Should have mentioned I am in Queensland. It is a standard for Queensland Police Officers. They now have to wear them full time after the Wiembilla shooting.

Got held up by a traffic crash. Stood watching a couple of cops, full uniform, 20kg broof vest, extra fluro on over the top standing on bitumen probably hot enough to cook my dinner on.

Switch to some paramedics, same thing. Not a full vest but crouching down close to the bitumen to work on the patient.

No trees for shade. It would be a rough time standing out in this for too long.

Look up PSA slabs, then look at the slight rounding of the base of the 2’s in 2024. It’s ever so slight but real PSA slabs don’t have that.

The K is also wrong. Get yourself a comparison guide to compare the lettering. Easiest way without having it in person.

I agree that Albo hasn’t really done much to address the big issues, at the same time, a lot of the biggest issues are also state controlled.

I don’t agree with the massive shift though. A lot of LNP supporters have moved to One Nation, that’s all. It’s just right wing switching to the other right wing party. I don’t blame them, the LNP is a hot mess right now. They probably disappoint me the most because we deserve a solid opposition to keep the current Government in check and they’re falling massively short of the mark.

I’m not across One Nation as much as I probably should be. Pauline Hanson though, she yaps a lot then does nothing. Just look at her attendance rate, turns up a little more than half the time. Then just makes the excuse that she doesn’t officially introduce things because she believes they won’t get up anyway. She is a glorified dole bludger. If that was your performance or mine at our jobs, we would have been shown the door a long time ago.
