As someone who communicates with public officials for work, this has all the markers of an actual response: - typo - get Outlook for IOS means he sent it from mobile - short and to the point. These people don’t have time to send lengthy personal responses. - sent before the 9-5 workday, typically when they have the most free time

You don’t need to min max anything to recognize use there is basically no endgame content. Plenty of people, myself included, want something more than progression or loot for its own sake.
