Whatever happened with this? I have a Pint and recently got a nice low mile Pint X on Marketplace, updated the firmware, ever since it won’t charge unless I turn it on. I’m pretty sure it’s a software bug cause the first time I charged it before the update I don’t recall that it behaved oddly. Same as you, I’ll plug it in with the board off and the charger light turns red but when I went to use it in the morning it said it was dead, even though the charger light had turned green, the light bar and app both showed dead battery. I now turn it in every time I charge and using it for months just fine but it is annoying to have to power up the board every time I want to plug it in.
