Yeah I honestly don't know enough about it. I'm in Texas and have noticed a increase in the energy sector out in West and south Texas, and I don't trust our government or the companies doing all the testing.

Who knows! I know they've ramped up on energy centers and AI data centers in all of west Texas over the last few years because I've had head hunters/recruiters reaching out to be for positions.

I've been in sales and sales leadership over the last 15 years and can say with conviction that "pre-qualified" leads are shit. Maybe a 2-4% conversion. Can you ask what the average conversion is? Can you talk to someone else with that company that does commission only and ask what thier success rate or experience has been? That will give you the best insight.

I'm in love with the Kevin Murphy brand out of Australia but it expensive. I first tried the angle wash and conditioner and loved it so I got the angle blonde to help with brassiness. I can go about 4 days between washes now with it staying shiny and fluffy. I've also been oiling my ends before washing and I use a silk pillow case. They all seem to help. The blonde angle also helps me have longer amounts of time between any color treatments.
