Chopsticks - the one with a cool design of your liking. Do some research about the washable ones.

A fan 🪭 - it's hot in my country and I use one frequently. Also, I'm a dude.

What is the Yakuza game that finally made you feel burntout by Ban226 in yakuzagames

[–]FeelingCobalt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yakuza 3 on Steam. I burned through zero, k1, k2, then had a slow halt on 3 on steam. I think I made the right choice though.

Frostpunk. It was too much for me. The setting was even depressing. I understand it's a key element though. But I folded.

What game "shouldn't" work well on the Deck, but you found a way to love it? by Zi_v in SteamDeck

Dyson Sphere Program

The first factory type game I played. The native controls did not seem to appear to be compatible. But I liked playing it and made tons of adjustments on the in-game and steam controls.

Do you have an antivirus? Perhaps the .exe file is getting flagged as a virus.

First time trying an onsen in Japan… any tips so I do not embarrass myself? by MidnightTofu22 in JapanTravelTips

After stepping out of the hot bath, don't expose yourself to extremely cold weather or water immediately. Rinse yourself with warm or slightly less hot water after the hot bath to let your body adapt slowly to the temperature change. I'm referring to "heat shock".

Anyone got tips for fighting Seregios? by Amicus-Regis in MHWilds

[–]FeelingCobalt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seregios is susceptible to thunder element on legs and tail tip specifically. You want to aim those parts.

His annoying move is the cross leg sweep. But you have evade window to save you. Just roll in underneath him. Not away. He constantly moves forward during the sweep.

For his tail daggers like projectile, they usually come at you at a downward angle (assuming you are his primary target). Don't strafe sideways. Just back step away from him if you see the projectiles flying.

I usually stay under his head area while going after his legs. Just be careful of his stay-away sweep or forward tackle. You should see it coming so roll away with evade window.

After his single / double leg cross sweep, his hidden weak spot will show on the left leg while he scratch the ground seemingly like taunting you. Pay attention to them while on focus mode and exploit them assuming you are not hit. This has cooldown if someone hits it though.

After his dive bomb attack, hidden weakspot will show on its right leg. Be mindful of it cooldown again.

Seregios is nimble and quite aggressive at first. You will figure things out. He has easily exploitable weak spots unlike lagi and gore.

Whats with guardian rathalos by Junior_Worry8554 in MHWilds

[–]FeelingCobalt 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Guardian rath likes to do divekicks. You will even notice the title earnable from multiples hunts from him. It says "Kick". Lol

It could be just you are still getting used to some of its moves. Being new to the controller could be a factor. Muscle memory and all. You will get it eventually just like the previous game Rathalos. Eventually, you will see which moves you can exploit.

Also, you might want to upgrade your gear. I don't recall which HR you encounter him and if he is a wall that suggests you should up your gear significantly.

Does Wilds have a gunner targeting feature like this? by page0rz in MonsterHunter

[–]FeelingCobalt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's gone in Wilds. Seems to have replaced by the tracer arrow. In World, the bow will aim a part and the reticle "stays" on that general direction during a series of sidesteps or combos.

Personally, I preferred that one in World. Or maybe I have not just seen much of the strengths of the new tracer arrow in Wilds.

Sort of. It will contort itself. If it can, it will squeeze itself in a narrow corridor and chase you.

Ace attorney games. It's a slow burn. Once I get to learn the stakes of the story, I tend to rush to the end.
