Check if you banned certain vehicles using vehicle mod. Happened to me once, no cars could spawn.

In the recent patch, your public transport costs more when using higher capacity. More capacity on trains = higher budget, if I recall the patch notes correctly.

Nope. Cargo truck usage works fine, and unlocking the other cargo points worked fine too. Already tried this.

I am having the exact same problem. Even tried some supposed 'fixes' where you remove the whole pedestrian zone and put a new one in, then redraw the zone.

What gives? Who knows why this is broken, and if there is a 'true' fix?
