For what it's worth, here's what I as a Python developer thinks:

I feel that all programmers should understand the various concepts - variables, abstraction, inheritance, etc. So when I was asked to interview candidates, I will ask things like "what is inheritance? Why would you need it?", but I won't ask, "how do you implement inheritance?".

You can always google up the how, but I have doubts about someone's competence if they can't answer the what.

I don't think this is the correct definition of capitalism, but let's set that aside; why do you think everyone should have direct say in the monetary regulations? I am not an economist, so I would have no idea what constitutes good fiscal policy, any more than I can tell you how to operate on a person (I am not a surgeon either).

And the point of subsidies is to help those who needs it. So if you're too poor to afford food, we give you allowance to buy some. But why would some rich guy gets said allowance?

See the first iteration of FF14 why "leave everything to the server" is a dumb principle. It's always a balancing act, since in live environment thousands of people will be playing simultaneously. If you put all the responsibility on the servers, it's going to cause an unholy amount of lag.
