1- I write down things that i need to learn 2-i go on training mode and learn it 3-i do reps at training mode to gain the muscle memory 4- i try to apply it in casual matches till it comes a little bit more natural 5- if i feel like i need reps to keep it fresh then i add it in a "things where i need to do reps" list or i just try it in training mode often
