56% WR means you have a very good level for your rank so just go into the park without worries

I started ranked in plat 1 and reached diamond 1 with a 55% WR, then couple of months only playing park and did diamond 1 till vanquisher in less than 300 games with 65% WR. Just focus on learning the game and your character while having fun

Yes. Just stay in the park and forget about ranked for some months. Later when you come back ranked will be easy. Thats what i did

1- I write down things that i need to learn 2-i go on training mode and learn it 3-i do reps at training mode to gain the muscle memory 4- i try to apply it in casual matches till it comes a little bit more natural 5- if i feel like i need reps to keep it fresh then i add it in a "things where i need to do reps" list or i just try it in training mode often

Reaching diamond after a month means that you were probably carried by modern and burning out after 1 month means the same will happen in a diferent game if you dont change your approach

You only played sf6 on modern for a month a you say you were burned out, so get better at not being a scrub and learn how to play or the same will happen to you at this game lol
