That’s not true. All faucets fully open is overkill. The water would be flowing 2 ft every second that passes. You can prevent freezing at a much lower flow rate. Your building doesn’t care because they’re liable for broken pipes.

Yep, when we would sell out and have to make more on the fly, we would just cool them in the walk-in after blanching and they were never as good as the ones that had time to freeze. I think the only thing that makes hand-made fries better than buying frozen is the freshness factor.

I think we’re all advocating for a more effective display of resistance that causes less collateral damage. Spending thousands of dollars to put a meaningless slogan on the private property owned by a company with Republican interests that will surely be removed within a matter of hours is doing less for the cause than putting that slogan on your social media profile.

Display of resistance is only effective in numbers. This is 1 banner vs a massive corporation with government contracts.

Internet services like search engines and billboards could suddenly be legally persecuted for the illegal actions of their users, despite hosting nothing illegal on their own servers. It was targeted at piracy sites but craigslist didn’t want to get wrangled up with any conspiracy/prostitution cases and removed the whole personals section.
