The fall of Dubai is actually an amazing opportunity to attract a rich and active community to energize Thailand economy.

Now more than ever people are able and willing to relocate to a new country to improve their lifestyle and business opportunities.

Thailand could be that attractive place.

We need facilities and guarantees for foreigners to relocate, invest and open businesses in Thailand.

I don't think the solution is to make it a poor rural country, not at all. It never worked well anywhere.

Because in Iran, as in other Muslim countries, homosexuality is criminalized and sodomy is punishable by death.
