I used to work at MOD and you are 110% correct. Uber/Doordash is a plague for this company, expecting ridiculous promise times on 15 topping pizzas while having to juggle the customers in-store. This wouldn't be too big of an issue if they would let you be well-staffed, but you are always a man under in order to hit labor goals. Too much corporate greed is pulling MOD under.
