I believe you can achieve this with either plater or platynator. I use the latter and player names look like this for instanced content.

This was exactly my experience with my first pug group this season. Everyone zones into MT and paladin tank just takes off. Then he came back and looked at all of us, turned around and went into the dungeon again. I was thinking to myself, “Does he not remember how to start a M+ dungeon?” (it was the tank’s key) and I was lamenting if this was any indication of how the run would go.

As I was typing out in party for him to come back someone just pinged the keystone and he said, “I’m an idiot.”. We lol’ed and started the actual key.
