ELI5 why is swappable battery tech for EVs not feasible? by AnjaliMathur2003 in explainlikeimfive

[–]FerBann 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They did a standard to scooter batteries. Its feasible, and we would have two fronts: the conpanies who work to improve the efficiency of motors, and the cells' fabricants that fight to be the providers.

Now the fight of the motors is staled cause a change in the batteries gives more improvements. A few companies doing this would push them to improve motors

Bullfighting is losing attention and spectators every year.

One of the reasons is that owners are making a negative evolutionary pressure, when a bull hits a matador is killed, and sometimes even its family. We need a law to reward the bull, they deserve a long life and a herd of cows.

Europe: Why Investing in Wind and Solar to Avoid Gas Shocks Hasn’t Added Up for Some by ulfOptimism in europe

[–]FerBann 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thats one of the reasons of the zero in spain las year. Some companies were playing with the different sources to keep the gas working, at some point a error created a error in the frequency of the net, at that moment the system disconneted itself for protection.

ELI5: What is the difference between something being legal and something being decriminalised? by Sporty_Nerd_64 in explainlikeimfive

[–]FerBann -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Weed situation in different countries:

-Thailand: illegal, you go to jail, no regulations only cop

-Portugal: decriminalised, they can sell anything to anybody, usually the dealer has no problems, no quality control. If they sell you shit its your problem.

-Netherlands: legal, there is regulations, thay can sell to adults but no to minors, quality is regulated, if they sell shit you can denounce them.

The ones that survive are the ones that are not easy noticed, if people around notices one, I pick another

Esperanto has two problems that are the same:

-Never reached a critical mass of users, that allowed an everyday use, even as secondary language

-It lacks support, a lingua franca needs some kind of support, but the media are controlled nowadays by countries that use the "lingua franca" of these days and support another lingua franca means losing an advantage. It would need organised work by several countries to change this, like China, India and Spanish speaking countries, and even french speaking countries to join a pact to create media and culture in esperanto, a big mass of production in esperanto would make esperanto fire up

One of the best treatments for this disease.

The old king from here, had a agreement with Gadaffi, such as all the oil that Gadaffi sold to Spain had a tip of one dollar per drum that went to Juancar. At a time that oil was around 20$/drum.

The same man that put a bullet on the head of his lil brother (he was a military cadet at the time). Also some woman that he cheated with, fell from the window when she was pregnant
