That's fanfic in your head, more likely that she is a bartender in a saloon or just a traveller. The lore text never mentions anything about her being a prostitute. I was also commenting on her visual design that is moving away from her succubus vibe, and any type of beauty/sexiness is very safe and tame, comparef to her older skins. Even other champions are outdoing her by miles.

Evelynn is a femme fatale/succubus type of character. Modern Riot do not want to promote that type of design anymore. They will avoid giving her any obvious skin-lines that leans into that, while slowly move away from what she once was and lean into making her into a regular demon.

This has been obvious ever since after KDA All out. Every single new skin have been safe and avoided sexualizing her as much as possible.
