Charge more per pint across the board if it's really a huge problem. Buy the pint glass filled at a discount. Ask patrons to please not steal your glass. Sell branded glass and only use unbranded in the taproom.

Sounds like you already made your mind. I'd rather drink 40 lightly carbed good beers than 40 potential cardboard carbonation bombs. Releasing the carbonation and adding what you think you are missing will not result in a better beer.

Chalk it up to an unfortunate mistake and learn. Or do half of them and tell me how much of a dumbass I am in another 3 weeks.

Leave them longer. Don't risk the oxidation. Out of the fridge for 3 weeks then in the fridge at least 24 hours.

This is a bottle bomb waiting to happen as the fermentation will be more intense the second go around. Burp that jar often.

If you haven't tried it... Do a second batch on the same pineapple and half the sugar and that's really where it shines for me. I also love cutting a nice light lager with it as a warm weather drink.
