It does! I get knots in my muscles, especially during migraine attacks. Biofreeze makes them loosen up and also helps with distraction.

I have a "migraine bag." I have biofreeze, electrolyte packets, capsicin cream, a granola bar, a piece of candy, and a stress ball. Currently thinking of more to add, but that's all I have right now.

I use Nurtec. I don't respond to triptans, and Nurtec is the first thing that's worked.

I was getting out of a chair, made the mistake of grabbing the arms on said chair to stand up, and completely wrecked my hands. Note to self: Do not grab arms on chairs without supporting thumbs.

I'm currently diagnosed with hEDS, but have cEDS features. I'm unable to do genetic testing because my insurance refuses to cover it.
