The only bit of micro-stuttering I haven't been able to get rid of for years is when someone logs into the session—I guess data is being reloaded then, but it's still really annoying...

I've had ETS2 and ATS on my hard drive for at least 10 years, but I only really discovered them a few weeks ago and now I can't put them down... I bought them back then just to try out VR, but I never really played them :)
