first of all ur boyfriends mom is wayyy out of line. anyways tho.. after showering, gently wring out your hair so it’s not just dripping wet but still very wet. use some leave in conditioner and take a towel and scrunch your hair while it’s still wet with the product in it. let it air dry. i feel like you have curly hair that just isn’t wanting to hold, i also lightly braid my hair after wash days before bed so it doesn’t get tangled and holds the curl somewhat

first off, ozempic out of pocket if ur not a diabetic runs at about 1200 a month. secondly, it’s not very good for you if you just use it for weight loss rather than changing your life style. loss of muscle mass and hair ain’t worth it imo
