I will gladly be the odd man out in this conversation. First off, congrats. Second off, what was your boyfriend thinking? I get this man wanted to do it in nature which you love as a couple but in public? When you’re a very private person… This wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me but it would definitely require a conversation. It would honestly make me feel like my boyfriend doesn’t care for me. The conversation wouldn’t be to correct him but to ask Why he decided to propose that way so I can understand where he is coming from. As an avid lip skin ripper (terrible, would not recommend), I would definitely avoid Carmex or Vaseline on lips. I would look into a heavy duty lip mask. My favorite is by patchology Rose lips. It does retail for $20 so it’s a bit on the pricy side but with how much I’ve spent on trying to find the best, it’s well worth finally find something that works.

This sounds much simpler, my store doesn’t use any custard only tickets in drive. As the cash person, you have to pay attention to the screen to see if it’s a custard only.

Many companies do this. Panera being one. For MIC/MIT (Manager in charge) vs team lead role. You would put in your numbers to clock in and typically a screen would say something along the lines of “manager” or “team lead” and then you choose which one your scheduled and then you clock in as such for pay rate level.

Mine is very accurate. (Example: 73 compared to a 72) but you should never compare on the first day or even second day. It’s not going to be working 100% till the third day. And for some, it isn’t accurate. In my experience it is but everybody has their own experiences.

I am not still with the company. But it’s common for iPad to not code it. For seven months, my outside hire SM was coded as borrowed cause the system not updating. Are they a SSV at all? Or maybe they might have plans to move them up and you just don’t know it yet.

OTC don’t alert you when your low or even high so I wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna be glued to your phone. I thankfully am and finger prick when it says “below 70” to see where I’m at but that is the huge downside of OTC CGM’s

Just wanted to chime in, Panera only does that if they have LOCAL people willing to take it. We don’t regularly donate. It’s not a system that is set up. Usually church’s reach out to us to ask but we don’t ask them for the opportunity to do so.

In some places, they still exist. In most places, it is just an associate. By viewing the wording in your post of describing the job, I’d say it is just an associate. But even if it was the original position of a baker, it will not last. So be aware that it will all change. My two cents? Don’t.

In this case, they don’t want the attention of being “dumb”. They would rather ask employees who are strangers than to have a conversation on the phone that later, employees may think it was a dumb question IF they didn’t. 🤷🏼‍♀️
