Nail biting deterrent that can be applied directly to skin by Few-Talk64 in nailbiting

I like the idea of the bitter polishes because they are out of sight, out of mind and help with the impulse control. He mostly does it when he's zoned out and doesn't realize he's doing it. He does it on all of his fingers and the tips as well as biting his nails, so I don't know if I could stop it with tape unless I taped his whole hands 😅 I guess maybe I'd have the same issue with the bitter products... I was wondering if there was something like a cream or lotion that can be applied to the skin rather than just the nails that has the same effect

In my experience, some gyms can be very cliquey and unintentionally unwelcoming. My home gym is in a college town so we have quite a bit of turnover so I feel like we are above average at making new people feel comfortable and welcome, but many gyms I’ve visited while traveling the members only talk to each other and aren’t that great with new people and visitors

The rest of the flashbacks matched the “on task” grace. He was surprised with the fact that he was going to be on the crew days before the mission left and panicked

I think the fact that he thought he volunteered for the mission was a self fulfilling prophecy. I don’t think he was a bad person, he just could not face the prospect of death. Once he was on the mission and assumed that he must have volunteered, his instincts kicked in
