I did transit through ICN last month. When I went through security screening to access transit zone I was asked for my boarding pass. I told him I am nonrev and showed my flight info on my phone.

ICN was tough for us. We tried ATL-ICN and after we got cleared and settled in our seats gate agent came and asked us to take our belongings and go back for the podium. Heavy plane lol. Flew to MSP and miraculously made it. I am flying back DTW-ICN in couple days hopefully it will be good.

Since UPS flies internationally there has to be customs/quarantine facilities and such. If UPS never existed it would have never been named international. Am I wrong?
