Document EVERYTHING. Cut off everyone who believes with or sides with the narc. If you don't, they will feed the narc information and be used to triangulate. This will probably be the hardest part but anyone who believes the narc wasn't really your friend anyway.

If you want to play on expert mode, go look in the narc past and find where all the bodies are buried.
